As a data driven company, they had indentified growth experiments to hit their OKRs. Yet, design resources were limited. Finding designers locally was becoming timely and costly. They needed a solution to scale up design quickly.

Since Singsaver was looking to move quickly, having a designer with timezone overlap was essential. We looked for designers in South East Asia.

We looked for designer with experience in financial services. This meant the designer would already have experience with Singsavers persona.

The second product designer focused on creating the API flow between Singsaver and large financial institutions such as Standard Charter bank.
